ronnie davis: Ronnie Davis or Leeron Zydeco if you will, master of all things with keys and hot flavors.
jonathan hughes: jonathan is an all around genius designer and musican. that's it.
chris cannon: chris is a great songwriter. i join him for live shows on the big bass drum and flappy snare. i'll be recording drums for the follow up to his beautiful "suitcase funeral" cd.

alex lynne: voice like a wonder bird, songs like a rootsy crooner...i'm recording drums on her upcoming disc along with audio master jonathan hughes.
dave ruch: mando-guitar man on the thursday night allen st. hardware bluegrass gig and all around string wonder. a joy to work with.
rex hobart and the misery boys: on bloodshot records...my great friend who makes great music about cheatin drinkin and getting a heartache from cheatin and drinking. while rex was in buffalo for two years, i played the drums in Rex Hobart and the Wrecks.
micheal meldrum: Ani Difranco’s mentor…who has in turn released Michael’s debut album, “Open Ended Question”. I played drums and sang on it in addition to recording, producing and mixing one of the albums tracks. Mike has been a big influence in Buffalo music, promoting shows by The Tragically Hip, Suzanne Vega and Michelle Shocked to name a few. He’s also the host of Buffalo’s longest running open mic.
alison pipitone: i love alison...shes a true friend that i dont see nearly enough. i played on her "shake it around" disc and sang on her latest, "tigerbabies". lots of great memories playing with her live as well...like the time she woke me up at the crack of dawn by tooting on some kind of crazy flute outside of my tent. i lost my flip-flop to the mud, then the fire, the night before so that little wake up call came with sweet, sweet head pain.
doug yeomans and the lo blu flame: winner of the 2001 north american rock guitar comp...buffalo music hall of fame...doug is far too good at playing the guitar, and a great human being to boot. we play together along with the bass players bass player, steve sadoff.
mark freeland: buffalo music hall of fame...music legend mark and his fantastic ideas about painting, music and life.
mark is highly quoteable. we play in an effortless trio along with the great brian burd on bass.
walter sopicki: walter (an a+ guitar man) and i play together in the david kane quartet, and we sit on velvet couches together between sets...proof in the mugshots and visuals section!
the john brady trio: buffalo music hall of fame...john brady, jim whitford and rob lynch. dynamic, fluid, deep groves and songs about the heart and the devil. quiet enough that jim and i sing backup without mics, but the music still packs an oily punch.
mark winsick: i've been known to fill in for marks regular drummers but only after long, long naps.
geno mcmanus: large rock for the japan fan in all of us.
peter case: a peerless songwriter...looks like there will be a little micro tour in the early spring... peter's "beeline" is always in my cd player. put it in yours...it's the right thing to do.

blue summit studios: home of the great mike atherton. mike and i had a blast tweeking my "welcome to sound" cd, as well as the tunes i'm cooking up now...he's an audio master and all around great guy.
geno mcmanus/ the ifs: geno selflessly spent a zillion hours helping to mix my forthcoming sounds...a great pal whos justification for working so hard was "this record has to be made". this is his band the ifs. they play choice british invasion tunes from the vault.

wisp: reid was one of my former art students...a super creative guy who makes the laptop music flow, yo.
the steam donkeys: what a fun band...i play with charlie and mudbone in the wrecks, and the other gents are all top notch americana.
eric starr: you really can't find a more talented drummer and composer. a former buffalonian, eric is in the big apple making musical things happen. as soon as eric left town, my drumming gigs doubled!
nelson starr: eric's brother nelson, another musical master who is masterful at keys, guitar, bass, vocals and probably lots of other things.
flatbed: joelle sings backup on my new disc and she sings great with her new band too!
the corrections: tim, guillermo and myself used to play in the contortionists...this is a new band for them along with a great site.
